It Takes a Village

Our inaugural family field day for the community ‘It Takes a Village’ was success with non-profit organizations and the families they serve to coming together to have a fun filled day of games and fun.

We wanted to bring all non-profit organizations together in one place for the community, showcasing all the resources we all have to offer. Our aim was to bridge the gap and have us come to the community instead of the community trying to find us.

We had over 200 kids and families with giveaways, raffles, games and food trucks to bring the community together. We gave away items essential for all such as school supplies, toys, clothes, and shoes.
